The service

Paw Legion turns a photo of your pet (or of you with your pet) into AI-generated art in holiday looks we designed. Previews are free. You pay only for a digital file or a printed product you choose.

Your photo

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must own the photo or have the owner's permission, and have permission from any adult shown in it.
• No photos of children on their own, of famous people, or with logos or characters; nothing sexual, violent or hateful. We may refuse any photo or request.
• You keep the rights you have in your photo. You let us use it only to make and deliver your portraits.

Your portrait

• All looks are our own original designs. We do not make portraits of movie, TV, game or comic characters or brands.
• AI results vary. A preview may not look exactly like your pet; that is why previews are free and you choose before paying.
• You may print, share, post, and use or resell the products you bought from us. Please label the picture as AI-generated where a platform asks.
• Your finished file and prints carry no visible text or watermark. Previews are watermarked and may not be used without buying.

Orders, delivery and refunds

• Digital downloads are delivered on the order page, usually within minutes; if our art computer is busy, the page shows the expected time.
• Printed products are made and shipped by Printful: usually 2-5 business days to make, then 3-4 business days to ship within the US. A person checks each print order first (up to 1 business day). Dates shown are estimates, not guarantees.
• If your print arrives damaged or wrong, or your file is faulty, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Because each portrait is personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Rescue partners

When you order through a rescue partner's link, Paw Legion donates the stated percentage of your order (before refunds) to that rescue. The donation is made by Paw Legion; it is not a tax-deductible gift from you.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
